Relax and indulge in top-quality services at my home-based salon! Cancellation Policy: Due to a high volume of last minute cancellations I am forced to put in place a more strict cancellation policy. I understand unforeseen circumstances come about and life happens so please contact me with any concerns. Cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a 25% cancellation fee. No call no show clients will be charged 100% of their service total. First time clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit for most services. This deposit goes towards the total cost the day of your appointment but will be kept if you cancel within 24 hours or no show. If the 25% cancellation fee or no show fee amounts to more than deposit paid; any remaining balance will be charged to card on file. Clients that book with a card that has insufficient funds or is not valid will be banned from online booking. Thank you so much for understanding.
